2. Account

When you register on the platform, you will be prompted to select a password and may be required to provide additional information such as your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to (a) immediately inform Ad Guardians of any unauthorized account use or security breaches, and (b) log out of your account at the end of each session. Using another user's account without prior authorization from Ad Guardians is strictly prohibited.By providing Ad Guardians with your email address and phone number, you agree to receive notifications, important communications, news, and special content via email and SMS messages. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can opt out by contacting us through the provided contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in emails or replying with "STOP" to SMS messages. Users can manage notification preferences through their profile and account settings. Users can cancel their accounts at any time for any reason through the platform's instructions or by contacting Ad Guardians. Cancellation results in the deletion of the account and removal of all personal data shared with Ad Guardians. Ad Guardians reserves the right to terminate accounts and this agreement unilaterally, with or without notice and without liability, if a user breaches these terms, provides false information, or interferes with others' platform or service use.

3. Advertising Accounts

Users can utilize ad accounts provided by Ad Guardians to publish ad campaigns and top up these accounts as per their budgets. Ad accounts are available for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google). Users can manage their advertising account top-ups, balances, invoices, and educational resources through their platform accounts.Users are solely responsible for their advertising accounts and must adhere to platform advertising policies. Maintaining the account balance and ensuring timely top-ups are the user's responsibility. Failure to top up accounts on time may lead to pausing of ad campaigns. Users cannot resell or redistribute advertising accounts without Ad Guardians permission. To use the services and advertising accounts, users must register and purchase a subscription.

4. Subscriptions

To access the platform and services, users must purchase a paid subscription. Subscriptions may include automatic recurring monthly payments, which users authorise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Users are responsible for managing subscriptions and billing dates.

5. Payments

Aside from subscriptions, users pay top-up fees. Both subscriptions and advertising account top-ups are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions activate upon payment completion, and users receive electronic receipts. Ad Guardians is not responsible for third-party processing fees. Payment information is processed securely and solely for subscription purchases.

6. Ownership and Licenses

Ad Guardians retains intellectual property rights over the platform and its content. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purposes, with restrictions on copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering.Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes. Violation of these terms may lead to account termination.

7. Disclaimer

Ad Guardians does not guarantee results, profits, or losses from advertising campaigns or the use of platform content. Users bear responsibility for the success or failure of their actions.

8. Confidential Information

Information shared through Ad Guardians services and advertising campaigns is treated as confidential and used solely for service provision. Ad Guardians safeguards confidential information and may disclose it to authorised personnel if necessary for prospective business relationships.

9. Third-Party Materials

Third-Party Materials are subject to third-party terms and licenses and may be used as permitted by those terms.

10. Copyright

All materials on Ad Guardians are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of materials is prohibited. These terms and conditions are effective upon acceptance and govern your use of Ad Guardians platform and services.
